Agenda Meeting No.11 - May 2010

Location: Opus Office, Opus House 20 Moorhouse Avenue, Christchurch.
There is plenty of free roadside parking, when entering the building please follow the
signs up to the first floor chillout room.
Please note due to security reasons our front door will be locked, this will be
manned until 6pm only, if you arrive after 6pm then please call me on 027 223 6370
so that we can open the door for you.


5:30pm Drinks & nibbles (a donation of $5 towards the cost of refreshments is much
appreciated).
6:00pm Welcome and presentation introduction – Neil Munro.

Neil is doing a presentation on ‘Internal Collaboration…..Lessons Learned’
This is a presentation that Neil will be presenting at the RTC conference later this month,
it highlights some of the issues when working on large in-house multi discipline projects,
even though this was an in-house project many of the issues will be the same as working
with external consultants collaboratively.

6:30pm Q&A session
After the success of the Q&A sessions the last few meetings we thought we would do it
again, so please think up some good questions, if they are of a complex nature then
please e-mail them through prior to the meeting, all questions will win the person an
Autodesk goodie.

7:00pm Open floor discussion
We would like to have an open floor discussion as to find out what direction you would
like the RUG meetings to head, presentation contents, meeting locations and we would
like invite more people onto the committee.
